The prize for the October 2002 "WHAT IS IT?" goes to Betty Fulk, a secretary in Institutional Advancement. Pictured above is a May Day Queen and her court circa the early 1930s. According to a written account, the buggy pictured was supposedly in excess of one hundred years old.
